MeetByLink mCard for Companies
MeetByLink mCard enables companies to manage their employees' visiting cards digitally, reducing the challenges associated with physical cards. This system can be centrally managed by admin users appointed by the company, with employees accessing their mCards through the MeetByLink mobile app for daily use.
Requesting Company mCards
To request company mCards, follow these steps:
- Go to the MeetByLink website and navigate to mCard >>> Request your Company mCards today form.
- Fill out the form with the following details:
First Name and Last Name of the requesting user / Email address / Phone number / Company Name / Job Title / Company Size / Message (a brief description of your request) / Verify you are not a robot by ticking the CAPTCHA box - Submit the request.
The MeetByLink team will contact you to create the company profile. Once the profile is created, you will be notified via email.
Managing Company Profiles
After the company profile is created:
The admin user can access the company profile under their user profile in the Firm section.
This section lists all companies where the user has admin access. Select the company to view the profile.
Company Profile Details
In the company profile, you can:
- View basic company details.
- Use the Change Logo button to upload the company logo.
- Use the Edit Info / Settings button to update details such as:
Firm Name / Description / Address / Phone / Email / Website / Departments (list departments) / Services (list services)
Lead Settings
Under the Lead Settings section, companies can:
- Activate lead collection by selecting Yes or No.
- Choose the method of lead collection: Gather lead by optional or Lead first.
- Allow or disallow employees to export collected leads as Excel files.
- Add a thank you note for users who complete the lead form.
mCard Utilization
This section also displays details about the company’s mCards, including:
- How many mCards are activated based on your request.
- Utilization status of the allocated mCards.
- Subscription expiration date.
By managing your firm's digital visiting cards through MeetByLink, you streamline the process, ensuring efficient and accurate sharing of contact information within and outside the company.
Creating and Managing Employee mCards
In this section, companies can create and manage mCards for their employees. To add a new mCard, click the Add (+) button.
New mCard Form
- When creating a new mCard, the form includes the following fields:
View Profile Image: Yes or No / First Name / Last Name / Designation / Qualification / Department: Select from the departments listed in the company profile. / Address / Phone (Home) / Primary Mobile / Second Mobile / Primary Email Address / Second Email Address / Website - After filling out these details, save the information. An automatic email will be sent to the employee with login credentials for the MeetByLink mobile app.
Managing Created mCards
Once an mCard is created, it appears in this section, displaying:
Employee's mCard QR code / Name / Designation / Email address / Primary phone number / Login credentials (username and PIN)
Actions Available for Each mCard
For each employee mCard, the following actions are available:
- Edit: Modify the mCard details.
- Delete: Remove the mCard.
- Reset PIN: Generate a new PIN for the employee.
- Change Profile Picture: Update the profile picture.
- View mCard: Preview the mCard.
- Resend Credentials: Send the login details to the employee again.
Mobile App Links
Links to download the MeetByLink mobile app are available for both Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Reviewing Employee Requests
Employees can request changes to their mCard via the MeetByLink mobile app. They cannot modify the details themselves except for the profile image. The admin user must review and approve any requested changes. Once approved, the updates will be reflected on the employee's mCard.
Firm QR Section
This section displays the company’s QR code, which can be downloaded and printed. The QR code can be used to display company details and collect customer information.
Lead Book
The lead book shows all the leads collected by the company. Admin users can export all available leads to an Excel file for further use.
