MeetByLink Mobile App 

 

Overview

The MeetByLink mobile app simplifies the use and management of your mCard, supporting both Apple and Android devices.

 

Logging In

To log in, enter your username and PIN on the MeetByLink login page. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code sent to your email when you signed up or when your company created your mCard.

 

 

 

Mobile App Interface

 

Profile Display - The app's main screen displays your profile image, name, designation, and company name.

 

Main Sections

  1. mCard
    1. Displays a QR code that others can scan to view your digital mCard.
    2. Allows others to download and save your mCard to their device.
    3. If it's a company mCard, it can also enable lead collection.
    4. Includes a share button to share the mCard link via WhatsApp, email, message, etc.
    5. View button allows you to see your mCard.
  2. vCard
    • Shows a QR code that, when scanned, lets others save your contact details directly to their contact list.
  3. Profile
    • Displays your basic profile details.

 

Navigation Buttons

  • Home: Return to the main screen.
  • Leads: View collected leads.
  • Scan QR: Scan a QR code to save contact details or leads directly. Includes a touch button for dark-light situations.
  • Notify: View notifications shared by your company.
  • Menu: Access additional mCard options, including an Invites button to share the MeetByLink link with friends via WhatsApp, email, message, etc.

 

Menu Options

Under the mCards section, you can manage all your mCards:

  • Edit: Request updates to your mCard details.
  • Reload: Update your mCard with the latest details from your profile. Use this button every time you update your profile to ensure your mCard is current. The app works offline and doesn't require an internet connection.
  • Delete: Remove the mCard.

 

Additional Features

  • Add New mCard: Create a new mCard.

The menu also includes:

  • My Profile: View and edit your profile details.
  • My Firm: Access firm-related information if you're an admin user.
  • App Info: View information about the app.

 

Important Note

Please note that the MeetByLink mobile app works offline. Therefore, if any details in your profile change or update, you must refresh your mCard by using the Reload button under the mCards section to ensure your mCard reflects the latest information.
